Extra projects for future use
- Each group should choose two projects
from
the possibilities
list (one before Surface Area and one after) and prepare good
written
reports. Write down your choices and put them in the tray in my
room
at school. Each group should choose different topics -- first
come,
first serve. Print out the problems you solve and turn them in
with
your solutions.

- Jets Problem -- Turn your
solution
in or email it to me by Friday of each week and I
will check it. If you can figure out how to submit your answer go
ahead and do that and just email me that you have done so. Five
points per problem.
- "Columbia State University"
prepares a problem
of the week that you may do for extra
credit.
It needs to be worked by Saturday each week, and
on
Monday of the next week (or whenever they get it to you) you
should
turn in the email they send you that tells you the problem is
correct or forward it to me.
They will have it dated correctly.
One point per problem.
- The Problem

Problem Pages. You
may do those problems and submit your solutions to their site.
Turn in the email they send you or forward it to me. One point
per problem.

to me by Thursday
of each week. You must turn it in before the solution is posted.
- Calclus Problem
of the Week posted by the North Carolina Calculus Teachers
organization -- Write up your solution neatly and give it to me or
email it to me.
They give instructions to email it to them, but it is only for members
of their group. So we will do it on our own. Five points
per problem.
