Use the double angle identity for cosine that only contains a cosine value.  Substitute it into the equation.  

The equation will not factor, so use the quadratic formula to solve for cos x.

Use 2ND COS to solve for x.

Since this is a positive cosine value, find the other angle in quadrant IV by subtracting the reference angle from 2pi.
