^{Memories of Pine
Bluff} ^{School Days} ^{I would just like to
say a few words about my favorite school where I taught for sixteen years.
The class pictured below is a group of children I taught from Grades two
through six. As they were promoted, I was too. They were a
great class whom I will always remember.}

^{This school was Annunciation
Academy in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. It was owned and operated by the
Sisters of Charity of Nazareth for over 100 years.}
^{It was closed in
the late 1970s and finally demolished in the 1980s - a very sad day.}

This picture of forty-eight 3rd and 4th graders was taken in 1950. I have often wondered how and where they all are. God bless them all!
