1.To list cities where friends and relatives live throughout the world.

2.To plot these cities on a time zone map and determine Greenwich Mean Time for each.

MATERIALS:

1.Internet

2.Time zone map

3.Geography resource book

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.Students will collectively list cities where friends and relatives live throughout the United States and the world.

2.The students will then plot these cities on a time zone map determine Greenwich Mean Time for each.

EVALUATION:

Identify a list of cities for the students to determine Greenwich Mean Time for each.
