3. TOPICS FROM A LIST OF CHOICES.
INSTRUCTION:
A. THE STUDENTS ARE GIVEN CHOICES FROM A LIST SO THEY MAY CHOOSE ITEMS THAT APPEAL TO THEM. THE LIST:
1. Describe the development, building, and findings of Magellan. (report or presentation)
2. Describe the development, building, and findings of
Voyager. (report or presentation)
3. Build a model of Magellan to display in the room.
4. Build a model of Voyager to display in the room.
5. E-mail NASA for information on space probes, and report
your findings.
6. Report on an article related to space probes.
7. Report on a Russian space probe.
8. Summarize the possible benefits to man, as the result of space probes. (written)
9. Make a poster on how earth is like a space probe.
10. Make a poster on flight path of the probe of your choice.
11. View a video of space probes and make an oral report on
what you saw.
12. Type a report on the computer related to space probes.
( this will be placed in a shared folder for all to see)
13. Make a list of Internet locations (addresses...URLs) that
are in some way related to space probes.(10 minimum)
EVALUATION:
Students will cpmplete a written report from the topics above to submit for final evaluation.
